Evidence

The method is public. The client work is private.

Most of what this practice knows is already visible. The lab, the tools, the books, and the teaching simulations can be inspected before a conversation starts. That is deliberate: judgment you can check is worth more than a brochure.

Peer-reviewed research

The method has a theoretical basis. The paper explains why human complexity-management strategies improve LLM output, and where the transfer breaks down. It is conceptual research, not a study of consulting outcomes.

Why this is public

The tools and books are free because the code is not the scarce part. Anyone can build a chatbot now. What is scarce is knowing which problem is worth solving, where the data may go, and when a human must sign off. Publishing the method keeps the practice honest and lets a buyer test the thinking before paying for it.
