The practice operates with one purchasable engagement at any given time — currently the AI Readiness Diagnostic. Other engagements are available to clients who have completed a Diagnostic and want to take the next step.
Every Diagnostic is structured around five strategic questions, drawn from the AI strategy literature (particularly Upadhyay's Artificial Intelligence for Managers, 2021, and Yao & Koidan's Applied Artificial Intelligence, 2024) and applied with the Conversation not Delegation framework as the operating principle. The methodology is a delivery practice, not a marketing claim: every Diagnostic deliverable answers each of the questions below in the firm's own terms.
Maturity assessment of the firm's current capability across strategy, data, infrastructure, talent, governance, and culture. The starting point: what the firm is actually equipped to take on.
Opportunity analysis of where AI would create defensible value for this firm, and where it would create more risk than it removes. Not every viable use case is worth pursuing.
Implementation orientation. What sequence, what gates, what change-management response. The practical move from what to how.
Infrastructure check. The data, the technology stack, the talent — and the gap between what the chosen path needs and what the firm currently has.
Business case in the firm's own terms. Cost, return, risk reduction, scenario range. What the work is worth, in numbers leadership can defend.
Long-form treatments of each question are published in writing; practical techniques and frameworks that complement the methodology are in resources.
AU$1,500 fixed — 50% deposit, 50% on delivery
A two-hour structured conversation with your leadership team, plus a 2–3 page written recommendation. The Diagnostic answers the question many partners are quietly asking themselves: do we actually need to do anything yet? The recommendation places your firm on the literacy → governance → sovereignty journey and identifies the single highest-leverage first move.
Download the AI Readiness Reflection — a 3–4 page self-reflection prompt covering the kinds of questions a paid Diagnostic would ask. Use it alone or with your partners. If you can answer most of the questions confidently, you may not need a paid Diagnostic. If you cannot, that is also a useful conclusion.

The engagements below are available to clients who have completed an AI Readiness Diagnostic and want to act on its recommendation. Each is fixed-scope, fixed-price, and shaped to the firm by the Diagnostic that precedes it.
From AU$2,500 fixed — scoped per firm
Single-firm half-day workshop for the partner group and senior staff (10–50 attendees). Establishes the firm's shared position on AI use through the Conversation-not-Delegation framework and its conversation loop — brainstorm, ideate, iterate, amplify — and equips the team with working prompts and protocols. Delivered in person in Perth or remotely nationally.
From AU$8,000 fixed — 3-week engagement
Three-week engagement producing an AI use policy specific to how the firm operates, a governance audit identifying current exposure, and a 90-day implementation roadmap. Includes a half-day Q&A session with leadership before sign-off. The output is not a template; it is a policy the firm can defend to clients and regulators.
From AU$6,000 fixed — 1-week engagement
One-week engagement covering data-sensitivity audit, current-state review of AI deployment, and a written report with indicative hardware and software plan for local-AI workloads. Implementation itself is explicitly out of scope; the output is the credible answer to "what would we do with a matter we cannot route through any cloud service?"
